How do shipments work on Futgy?
At Futgy, we want your shopping experience to be excellent, which is why we want to keep you informed at all times. Below, we explain the 4 stages of our shipping process:
Recorded
This is the longest step in the process. Your order may be in “Recorded” for approximately 8 days. This is because it is going through customs and regulations in the country of origin. If you notice that the status does not change, don’t worry; it is a slow process that can take a week or even longer.
In transit
At this stage, your order has arrived in the destination country. From here, everything speeds up. This step is relatively quick, and your order should be in transit for a maximum of 3 to 5 days.
Delivery today
This status indicates that your order is on its way to the assigned delivery address. You will receive it today!
Delivered
This last step confirms that we have delivered your order. If you have any questions or problems, please do not hesitate to contact us.
